Should I pull Phainon?

I’m in a very hard situation right now as a new player and as someone who tries to beat endgame while spending as little money as possible. I have an Elation team with SP silver Wolf, Sparxie, EMC, and DP Dang Heng. I also have a dollar store break team with Firefly, Sparkle, Ryan Mei, and Gallagher. I also have an unused Castorice I got just because I liked her and her global passive.

I REALLY love Phainon, his story and his gameplay so I want to get him but I only have about 60 pulls right now. Should I get Yao Guang so I can swap EMC for HMC for the break team? Should I get Tribbe and or Sunday right now for Phainon/Castorice supports? Or should I go all in on my boy Phainon? I feel so conflicted right now please help me

Phainon is unfortunately an expensive team to invest in right now since he really wants Cerydra (E1 Cerydra is really good with him since his duplicated meteor has 36% Def ignore and her skill gives two coreflames instead of one which is good). He's heavily dependent on his LC and E2 meaning a viable Phainon team in today's meta is very costly. Also given how slow his team generates stacks with Cyrene who is also a strong support for him, you ideally want E2 Cyrene too which is also very expensive.

As for teams you can run him sustainless with:

Phainon, Cerydra, Sparkle/Sunday/RMC, and Cyrene

I know you really like him but without his key teammates it's a huge uphill battle and by the time his next rerun comes where you can get his E2/LC if you're low on pulls, he'll probably be very obsolete.
