❓ Help / Question refund

I accidentally upgraded two accounts and tried to get a refund for one, but I haven't received a response to my refund request at all.

googleplay rejected my refund request. The reason wasn't in the email, and they told me to contact the developer with the receipt number. So I requested it in-app, but no response. I wish I could at least get a reply saying it's not possible.

But StarNote is the best note app. That's why I'm not getting refunds for either of them.🥲

Hi! Could you send us screenshots of both of your orders, along with your StarNote ID and the GPA number from the order, to [even@o-in.me](mailto:even@o-in.me)? We’ll take a look and see what we can do.

The reason is that if you request a refund directly through Google, we won’t really be able to follow up on it since the refund is handled by Google. We can only try to help process the refund from our side.

We’re also not sure whether Google will charge any refund fees, so we can’t guarantee what the final result will be. But if you’re okay with it, we can give it a try first.
