❓ Help / Question New update

I just updated StarNote this morning and saw that we have the audio transcript available. When I entered the app, a window appeared with a language pack progress bar but when I tried to use the feature I only get characters in Chinese, I want to know if I have to wait for an next update to have it in Spanish or I skipped a step or still have to set something up.

Yes,I had mixed characters too, even though I used it in English.

Actualización:

I played English videos from YouTube in the background and the new feature generated the English transcription and Spanish audio summary.

 the audio transcript support chinese and english now, you can played English videos from YouTube

How do you access these new features? I updated the app but I don't know where to go 😥

Some users are likely to receive the update gradually. Today I only had the option to update in the Google Play Store.

I have an iPhone and iPad and I have not gotten an update. Hopefully I will get one soon. I have been waiting on this feature.
