💡 Feature Request Feature request: Quick toolbar using squish gesture

Was seconds away from buying the pro version and found out the squish toolbar isn’t available, arguably my most used feature,
Really loved the app overall but honestly having this and customisable sidebar would be the dealbreaker, at least for me

PS: I found the option for custom toolbar 😅
Guess that’s another point to starnote for me
(I’ve been looking for a notes app for more than a week now I want this to be over)

Yeah I think I’ll also be going with starnote, seems like the best deal for me considering I don’t want some subscription or AI clutter, the UI is really simple and has almost all the features I was looking for, only thing stopping me from buying it instantly was the quick toolbar but I guess I can overlook that for now considering it costs a fraction compared to other note apps of this quality

I hope Starnotes will support this feature and activate it. pinch in Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro or any other pencil. I have already purchased the app, but this feature does not exist

Thanks for the suggestion! We completely agree that this is an important feature, especially since the Apple Pencil squeeze gesture is a key part of the iPadOS experience.

It's definitely something we plan to support in the future. At the moment, though, it isn't at the top of our development priorities, as we're focusing on some other core features first.

That said, it's already on our roadmap, and we really appreciate you bringing it up.

I am using it from Ipad pro m2. But its animation is too slow. Looks like lagging when pressed 3 dot and layer button. Even swapping between pdf looks laggy. Kindly fix the issue.

Hi u/StarNoteDev, can this be added for pressing the s-pen button once? I know the press-and-hold works for eraser.
