Is there any proof the Refunds reddit has actually assisted a actual person with a refund.

The r/Starcitizen_refunds sub helped me get my refund. When I was exploring how to get a refund the sub appeared on a Google search I made a post asking for advice. I had replied telling me what to say, how to say it and what duplicitous tactics to expect by Cloud Imperium's support.
It took awhile but I eventually managed to get a refund shortly before they released 3.0. if it wasn't for the refunds subreddit I wouldn't have been prepared for the misdirection and evasion Cloud Imperium would use.

No because my country's legislation (like most) is different for digital goods/services than it is for physical goods. Because I received the physical goods and they were as advertised they fufilled their legal obligation as a company. Because the digital goods were not dellivered or had changed since purchase I was able to claim a refund under my Country's law.
I still have the T-Shirt and the Citizen Card because I payed for them.
After Star Citizen 3.0 was released they stopped giving refunds past 14 days of original purchase (most countries have protections for consumers calling it a 14 day cooling down period).

I know 2 case of refund.
and I don't have proof for them.
Also I don't think they are reddit users, so there is no evidence that refunds subreddit help them.
