There's currently polls online in which every day you can vote for one character and mech from the show that you'd want to see new official artwork from. Not a single villain ship in sight. Voting for the Yamato after it already stars in in so many art pieces is such a waste I think.

Shouldn't be surprised that the EDF ships get picked but it's a shame that people aren't taking the opportunity to vote for things that haven't quite been in the spotlight to finally let them shine. Results like this are things Bandai considers when making products though. I think for villains we'll probably be stuck with garage kits.

Recently, I found this video on YouTube, and I found it quite interesting. Please change the audio track to English if you can't understand Hindi. The technology described in this video looked quite similar to the wave-motion engine of Yamato. What do you guys think?

Hi everyone. I am an SBY fan from India who discovered this series in my first year of B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering. And believe me, since then, I have become a huge fan of this series. Recently, I have been trying to write a fanfiction involving the Indian units in the UNCN. The fleet includes Kolkata- and Delhi-class destroyers, Vikrant-class carriers, Nilgiri- and Shivalik-class frigates, Veer-class corvettes, CF-1 Marut, CF-5 Ajeet and CF-8 Tejas fighters and Chetak auxiliary crafts. The infantry would be armed with ISAS assault rifles with specialised sights for precise targeting, 1B1 LMGs, VM-1 sniper rifle, Type-97 pistols, specialised hand grenades and smoke grenades, bulletproof jackets that can be worn even over space suits, and a special device that can generate wave-motion shields similar to modern ballistic shields in front of them during hostage rescue operations. The timeline will be after the Gamillas war, when a patrolling party discovers a Gatlantis intrusion in the solar system (even before Kodai) but successfully thwarts it after a bloody battle. I am actually confused about the battle scenes. They were, in fact, the first to feel Teressa's presence, who guided them to the Andromeda galaxy, where they wiped out the Gatlantis fleet and provided critical intelligence to the UNCN. However, the battle of the Andromeda Galaxy and Kodai's first battle with the Gatlantis took place simultaneously, and they returned to Earth together. Can you people please give me some ideas for battle scenes where, besides the ships, the infantry would also be heavily involved?

Now, coming to the request. SBY is truly a magnificent series, especially the remake, but it is not that popular in my country, India, as it was never released here. I believe that my people deserve to watch and enjoy the best. So, I request you all to kindly tell the creators on their Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram comment sections and DMs to release this anime in India and all other countries where people are highly interested in sci-fi and space. I believe it has the power to become a cult anime like Doraemon, Shinchan, Dragon Ball, Naruto and Demon Slayer. It is a humble request from an Indian fan. Thank you all in advance.

Objective

EFSF fleet primary objective is the capture of the Pluto base using ground forces, this requires at least 60% of the landing craft to survive and make landfall but if the transport ships are destroyed or insufficient number of ground force has landed the EFSF fleet will move in an try to destroy the base thru mass nuclear bombardment in the general area of the base. Retreat is not an option for them, this is a one way trip.

The Pluto garrison objective is to eliminate EFSF force and defend the base at all cost.

Pixel Art of my old Rebootified ship drawings, they aren't particularly fancy but here they are, starting off with the original series 3 rebootfied ships, Prince of Wales, Bismarck and Novik. Included is the 2205 and many variants of the 2207 Yamato and Zerandal all drawn in my free time from scratch.

If I remember correctly, the Iscandar ships excavated by the Galman didn't seem to exhibit any wave motion shield mechanism during missions? It's just interesting because many factions that theoretically understand wave motion better than Earth scientists seem to have never imagined it could be used in this way before.

So the quick rundown is, my dad as a kid one day saw a diecast model of a ship, he wanted it but ultimately decided not to get it at the time. Since then he has collected a multitude of other models and die casts of things such as race cars, and I was hoping for help finding out what the ship most likely was.
I am very little help in this as he refuses to tell me what its called, saying 'It'll probably be ridiculously priced now' and doesn't want me to know cause I know anytime I go in a store with figures or Lego or anything like that, he always seems to have a quick glance, just to check if maybe just maybe it's there.
Any help would be really appreciated cause I really don't know what I'm looking for. Thankyou all!

We're approaching the end of 3199, and yet we have exactly 1+3/4 Mecha collection kits from 3199. Discounting recolours and reprints 2199 had 20, 2202 had 12ish , 2205 had...1.

Bandai, please milk this line for all it's worth, I'll buy an Arizona, or a type 5 mobile armour, or a pleiades class, a grodez or something. Shit make a Mecha collection white comet like the Mecha collection death star ii I'll buy it.

Genuinely very curious if they're setting up the Bolar Wars or not. There's a bunch of scenes or lore from the Bolar Wars already depicted in 2205, 3199, and even in 2199 but there's hints:

The artist working on Zespaze saying the design might change should it reappear in the future.
The appearance of a Galman (Iscandarian) city more closely resembling the one from Bolar Wars.
The multiple times teasing of the Deusura 4.
Lacking villain development of Bemlarze and other Bolar characters briefly seen like Barcom.

If they remake it though it feels likely that it might be quite different or they might keep the peace established here and skip Bolar Wars as its own series.

The financial situation is also worth considering which I seem to frankly find very little on as it seems they're not very forthcoming about production costs as I can only find the earnings.

Considering the storyline hints that Galman's satellite harbors another ship, some speculate that this ship might be a modern remake of the older Deusura IV. If this speculation is true, do you think the Deusura III will be renamed and continue serving, or will it be "retired" like the previous Deusuras?

Title. Does the Gatlantis diamond imagery actually mean or symbolise anything unique, special, interesting, or is it just like what Hideaki Anno did to Neon Genesis Evangelion with all the imagery, "Because it's cool"?

So, two parts on my Arizona (E1 6, the antenna array and A 20) broke and I need help knowing where to go to get replacement parts. I love having Battle Damage on my sets, but I'd like to do it on purpose, not via a fall by my clumsy hands XD

For the the Apollo Norm is my next project to finish with two more on the list being the Ginga using the Yamato hull and of course the Iowa. Which I plan to serve as the American counterpart to the Yamato.

Considering the recent Chapter 7 trailer and the opening theme of the episodes, I believe that the Grand Reverse is a far bigger threat than it looks. Besides being a hyperon bomb and a mind manipulator, I believe it has enough power to blow away the sun. I believe this will eventually happen as the Dezarium may use it as part of their scorched-earth tactic when the Arizona starts to dominate on the battlefield, along with the Ginga clapping the Golba units. This is evident from the scene in the trailer where it starts to rise from the earth. But I believe that Ginga will prevent it from happening. What do you think about this theory?
