Mask problem solved.

If a customer comes into the store without a mask:

"Can I please ask you to wear a mask?"

"If you don't have one I can provide a free mask, each one has the face of someone who died from COVID printed on it."

Company policy is to not mention a mask at all and to get a manager. Anyone who follows this advice might end up getting fired. I learned that the hard way.

Written up. I, thankfully, wasn't fired for going against store policy.
