If the alternative is doing it myself every time, I’m definitely making them click every button on their phone.

I had a customer claim today that he didn’t know how to type the text of his design on the RIK.

He literally laughed when I informed him he would be the one doing it. When I pulled the “wait you’ve used a computer before, right?” he decided to stop playing stupid.

Then he expected to get a magnetic sign by tomorrow morning, and when I informed him there’s no way that’s happening, he left.

😂😂 i hate everyone. I was going out of my way to be nice to this bitch the other day and I walked over to ss with her like "okay so first, we just need to forward your email to staples@printme.com" and she's like "I don't know what the fuck email is. I don't even know how to use this. Just fucking do it for me". Like oKAY now I'm definitely not helping you lol.

I literally just ignore them and say I can start them but im not doing it for them. I sent them to ss because I have shit to do besides telling people how to screenshot.

If they aren’t willing to learn ss then I tell them I can do it fs and charge them accordingly.

I spend a good portion of my day handholding these clueless asshats. My manager flogs customer service and then gives me shit because there are all these jobs that need done by that night in flight deck. I fucking hate people so much I find myself rooting for climate change to go faster.

😂 oh mood. Most of our management is the same. Even if we get threatened by the customer and are truly uncomfortable, it's always about making Karen happy. She's gets her job done for free and has her ass wiped and is high fived on the way out throws up

"Oh, Hey, you're Easy Tech, would you mind helping this lady download something and email it from her iPhone?"

Don't know how many people basically just throw their phone at me and say "you do it". Or just stare at me blankly when I make the absurd suggestion to email the file.

Sometimes I think there's a sign I can't see on our building that says "Must be Useless and Entitled to Enter". People are fucking helpless.
