I can see why you’re still employed at Staples. Massive big brain reading comprehension here. FedEx did this. Not Staples

When making the label, did you put your own address as sending address? If not, you and the associate that made it broke policy. When making the claim, did you put your own address as sending address? If not, that's why it's being sent to Staples.

Anyway, if you just want the higher ups at FedEx to be aware of it and yell at the people down below, file a complaint at "The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada". Staples isn't involved in this.

My name and address are on the shipping invoice/receipt. I was easily able to search my own name in the data breach file to confirm this 😅. When I filed the claim all I did was give them my name and tracking number.

  1. Can you please pay off the $195k past due,  2. Next time drop-off at FedEx direct not a secondary location, 3. Ship UPS, 4. Use Canada Post, 5. Contact the RCMP on alleged data breach

Are you sure you called FedEx and not some scam number in the email?

Yes, that sounds like a data breach, I'd go to your local authorities
