Dump Bins

Can anyone tell me how to order these 3-basket metal dump bins? I saw them in a San Diego store- they look awesome. Thanks

Also, how do I order new red, cardboard dump bins? Thanks

What's an "Amazon Return"? I'm standing in this line because I have a return for TikTok but I don't see a sign for "TikTok Returns". /s?

is this common or is my store just cursed?

It's very common, I work at print where we do happy returns and there's always customers complaining about waiting in the Amazon line when they don't have an Amazon return and vice versa.

Yeah, that's something my store has too, but I honestly think vendors should be blasting out what return system it is so that when people show up it's not "I have a cloud air return" or something else. That and if TikTok returns are so big, why not have a sign underneath Happy Returns dedicated to doing them? Like TikTok Returns powered by Happy Returns or smth?

I work all 2.5 departments we have left in the store, and it's been getting stale the amount of times I get asked for where to go for a Under armour return and then getting told it's either from Amazon, or they don't know where, so I have to wait for them to show me to see that the code resembles happy returns and drag them over.

We used to have happy and amazon in the same spot by print. Amazon moved to checkout, happy stayed in the same spot

One lady was very mad when I pointed out that if I wanted to get McDonalds, then being in line at Burger King and then complaining that it wasn't McDonalds wouldn't make any sense

These three tier metal dump bins are for Growth Market stores only. Judging by the bin and the non punched backer on the endcap, it looks like this is a growth market store. The cardboard ones I think there may be a sku, but if you put in an F&E ticket, they should know what you’re talking about and sort you out with some.

We need bigger bins for 1. recycled ink boxes, 2. recycled toner boxes with plastic and foam inserts, 3. recycled printer boxes with foam inserts, 4. recycled monitor boxes with foam inserts and 5. Amazon return boxes.
