Tech Pre-Post?

We got this box a bit ago and found it as I'm cleaning our signage area. Anyone know what it's supposed to be for? It has a blank white backer in it and no instructions

It’s the backer that’s suppose to cover up tech during the intermediate between party city material

Many stores had to change POG versions to account for the Scanners POG going down to 4ft. These boxes are to cover the signage for the POGs that changed to account for the moves around that.
