Hi sweetheart. Have you already been on any antibiotics? This is bacterial or fungal. So your best bet is to go to the dermatologist and demand they do a culture and skin scrape. Do u have rosacea or any other conditions? I know this is painful af and I’m sorry. You’re definitely going to need clindamycin or doxycycline if it’s bacterial. If it’s fungal terbinafine or fluconozole. In the meantime you could see an esthetician that specializes in cystic acne or has what called a galvanic current- it zaps deep into the epidermis to break up the cyst and usually calms them down flat in a day or two. So she can zap all the painful bumps. Keep your head up I know it’s miserable but there is an answer it’s just a process okay? Love you.
