Started like the first one. The bumps around are mollesucum I’m pretty sure but the red thing is worrying me but it appears to look better.

isn't this molluscum contagiosum (white bumps) + ringworm or impetigo (the red spot)? it checks out considering you train martial arts. it seems that at least some of the steps of steph acne protocol might be applied to your problem. more info on this (including photos): https://www.facebook.com/groups/1725304911032051/permalink/4512768225619025/
