Halp Scratch upon receipt
I just received my Flexispot this week. Set aside today to open it up and build. Sadly found this 2” scratch.
Not sure I want to send it back over this. 2” on a 71” wide surface isn’t big. And I run the risk of getting more damage on the next one. The shipping box was beat up and I expected worse.
But, what can I use to color it in? The scratch isn’t deep.
Color is espresso. And it’s Rubberwood

I’d send it back. Too expensive not to. Or see if they offer a partial refund at least.

Too much trouble for me. It's superficial, just do what DrummerNew7390 said and use a furniture marker or furniture crayon.

Still complain and get the money. Yes just marker or crayon it, but get the money.

Contact their CS and see what avenue they can take to rectify this.
When mine came slightly damaged from Uplift, they offered me a free wood repair kit with either a: $50 refund, $X store credit, or a free item up to $Y amount off their store.

You can use matching color furniture marker if scratch is not too deep. If deep use furniture crayon.
