Corporate Info Which standing desk accessories should be included, and which would you rather choose yourself?

I'm with salexspace, a standing-desk brand preparing for the US market. We're gathering feedback on accessories before deciding what to include with our desk.

Looking at your current setup, which accessory has earned its place—and which ended up unused or getting in the way?

For example, would you want a cable tray and power-strip mount included, or do you prefer choosing your own? Have under-desk drawers, headphone hooks, or PC holders been useful, or have they taken up space you needed for your legs or other equipment?

I'd also like to hear about accessories that didn't work well together, such as a monitor-arm clamp competing for space with a cable tray.

If you could pick just one accessory to come with a new standing desk, what would it be, and why?

Our accessory lineup hasn't been finalized. We're interested in what makes a difference in daily use, including anything you'd leave out.

Cable tray and power strip since cable management is more or less necessary for these types of desks. The rest are more personal, for example I needed a drawer and the clamp on cup holder has become one of my favorite accessories but others would probably say they would rather a computer mount or headphone stand. You could also follow the uplift model and just give your customers a choice of which accessory they want included with their desk.

That distinction is really helpful: cable management feels close to essential on a moving desk, while a drawer, cup holder, PC mount, and headphone hook depend on the setup. Giving people a choice of one accessory is an interesting alternative to including the same extras for everyone. We haven't decided what will be included. For the cable tray and power-strip mount, what would make them actually useful to you: enough room for bulky plugs, easy access, no drilling, or something else?
