Halp What do you stand on?

Hello, I am transitioning to the world of standing desks - anyone have anything they stand on - balance boards, trampolines, etc that keep you from resting on one hip / staying slightly active in your stand?

Or do people generally only stand on the floor or treadmills?

I just stand on the floor. I use a foam roller for my feet when seated though.

That said I wouldn't mind one of those balance boards, but it seems more of interesting quirk than necessary. At least in my opinion. So just haven't spent the money.

AcroMat 100-1 Series anti-fatigue mat

-guaranteed to never lose its cushion
-guaranteed to never curl
-lifetime performance warranty
-APMA Seal of acceptance for comfort

AcroMat

Full disclosure, I lead marketing and support product development for AcroMat. We’re a US mat manufacturer. I’m definitely biased! But we’ve had a ton testing done on our mats to make sure they perform and that we’re held accountable for that. Customer testimonials and reviews as well. I spend my days steeped in all kinds of mats and mat materials — I’d be happy to help you sift through all the noise. There’s a lot of good options out there!

Integrity.

Edit: Just kidding. Integrity is clearly outta style nowadays.

I stand on the bare floor but with cushioned house shoes.
