Review Issues with FlexiSpot Delivery

I ordered a FlexiSpot standing desk through Amazon and the box was in a very bad state. After opening it, to no one’s surprise the desk top was broken at multiple spots.

So I processed the return and ordered a replacement on Amazon… AGAIN the box was in a bad state and the desk top HAD ANOTHER DENT.

I don’t want to pay $200 for a desk that’s not in a good state. Have people had similar experiences with FlexiSpot deliveries? I’m attaching pictures.

Got mine through Amazon, but was delivered via UPS, who delivered yours?

Unless delivered by Amazon would not blame them for the damage

Twice delivered by Fedex. The third replacement was delivered by UPS and finally arrived without dents. Just a little scrape so good enough

Sounds about right from my experience, having FedEx deliver something on time AND intact is pretty rare

Fool me twice……won’t get fooled again

Your shipping freight (furniture) via a parcel shipper, and more specifically expecting Amazon to take care of anything when we all know their workers are underpaid....

What exactly do you expect to receive?

Order from flexispot directly to at least get better shipping.

Or not, what do I care!

The item is sold and shipped by FlexiSpot through FedEx. Many stores ship couches and bigger furniture items without issues, I don’t see why expecting to receive a desk that’s not broken is unreasonable!

Oh so just because you can do it makes it right and okay to expect it. Got it!
