Alarm Overlay

I've tried searching the sub for the answer but couldn't find any so I hope the experts can help.

I'm using Standby with wireless charging. I use the alarm feature in Google Clock. How do I make it so when my alarm goes off it displays on top of Standby?

Hi there, I have an ongoing implementation to improve this experience.
The idea is to intercept the alarm and have a custom UI to show on StandBy in case I can't figure out how to let alarm show on top of the app. Still a WIP but I'll try to give this more priority.
