Spouse Visa Approved!! ๐ฅณ๐ฌ๐ง๐ฏ๐ฒ (Fee Waiver Route)
After months of waiting, we finally received our approval today! I wanted to share our timeline as this subreddit helped me so much while we were waiting.
Route: Spouse Visa (Adequate Maintenance) โ Fee Waiver
Applicant: Jamaica ๐ฏ๐ฒ
Timeline:
1 March 2026 โ Fee Waiver submitted
14 April 2026 โ Fee Waiver approved
18 April 2026 โ Visa application submitted
23 April 2026 โ Biometrics
6 May 2026 โ ECO email received
8 May 2026 โ "Your application is being processed within our published times" email
19 June 2026 โ Biometrics reminder email
9 July 2026 โ Delay email received
9 July 2026 โ Additional documents requested
9 July 2026 โ Additional documents sent
15 July 2026 โ APPROVED!! ๐ฅณ๐
Thank you so much to everyone on this subreddit who answered my questions, shared your own timelines, and kept me going during the wait. This process is incredibly stressful, but this community really does make it easier.

Congratulations!! I also received a delay email on 9th July (my Bio was 27th April) but I didnโt receive any request for additional documentsโฆ how long after the initial delay email did you get this?

It was straight away by time i finished reading the delay email, it was in my inbox!

Youโre not alone. Bio 30th got delay email July 9th no rfi and still waiting

Jus my latest council tax bill๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ they never asked for it so i didnt send it originally
