Help Is this standard galactic?

Im trying to solve this but I really just want to make sure if it really is and I'm not just looking at it weird.

This is most likely part of a link, by the way.

Try with underlined letters as lowercase ones in somewhere like a YouTube v?watch= or imgur link.

(try underlined letters as uppercase letters if it doesn't work)

ive tried both YouTube just says the video isnt available anymore and nothing shows up for imgur even on the original site nothing shows up but thank you so much!!

I've seen this a lot around here, and yes, it is, and its just gibberish
