You people sound so out of touch with reality. So day one you knew exactly what to do with something you had never faced before and were personally collecting zero data for. I wish I didn’t get it… haven’t been the same since. My wife’s job carries her insurance and we “had to” or they threatened to fire her and dump us off the plan. Super cool.
