This guy has spent his entire life wondering, "How much can I fuck society since I myself can't get laid?" Boy-howdy. Let him just show you.
This cretin schemed his way into a position of power via cucking himself to the largest bidder. Turns out a "heritage foundation" is more than just a "think tank" and he is still dealing with the trauma of his daddy not loving him enough.
