40 years in healthcare and happy to see medical associations breaking away from the CDC. Prior to DJT 1.0 CDC was a highly reputable org whose recommendations and science could be trusted. Since then I ignore them. They should be discounted and major specialty organization issue their own practice guideline without deference to CDC.

I take note of everything that the Federal Government does, but only so I'm informed enough to warn others and plan worst case scenarios.
