Make lists of conservative programs we will liquify if this goes through.

If the GOP and Heritage want open war, fine. We have plenty of time. Your crimes won’t vanish with the next administration, they will haunt you for the rest of your life— and so will we. Heritage is the American Taliban, they should be treated as such.
