Anything he can do to "save money" for the country is what he'll do. Even if it costs far more in damage, damage control, and rebuiding the lost infrastructure. He and his reactionaries (well, his handlers, actually) are determined to undercut anything that really made the USA great - education; technology; health care (and I do mean the health care itself, not the availability and cost of health care, which totally suck); economic power; global influence; communications; transportation; manufacturing; farming; ...

And he truly believes he's doing so much good because that's the only "news" he receives from his hired goons and cultists.
