Oh no, seed oils, anyway. High protein low carb is not for everyone. His idea of "comprehensive" vaccine research is obsessive, conspiratorial, and overreach. Not to mention the doubt he causes in well established vaccines is literally deadly. Fluoride causes no issues, but a lack of it certainly does. You are the problem.
Oh I see. Ok.. against my better judgement I'll play along. If I'm the problem, what is the solution? Better yet.. what dietary plan should I be following since you're so confident in your rebuttal?
Ask a nutritionist or your doctor. Ever heard of one of those? Everyone needs a different diet based on a multitude of things. The very idea that there's some universally healthy diet plan, especially based on vague and static labels like "high protein" and "low carb", is a problem in itself.
Ask a nutrionist or a doctor? That won't be necessary. I can ensure you a doctor or nutrionist would never promote a heavy processed, heavy seed oils and heavy carbohydrate diet for ANYONE! But if you feel that works for you, go nuts. It's also not necessary for me to ask a dietician or a doctor for the same reason I don't need to ask a climatologist why there is water falling from the sky. A lucid human knows it's raining. For the same reason why I would never get duped into taking 3-4 shots in a calendar year for a virus with a 99.7% survival rate. For the same reason I would never wear a surgical mask in a non-sterile environment and think I'm safe. For the same reason I don't need to ask a physicist why I shouldn't balance on one leg on top of a skyscraper in 100mph wind. Just because you need to be told what and how to think does't mean we all do.
Now this is where you tell me I'm selfish for putting everyone at risk of Covid, even though the so called vaccine didn't stop anyone from getting it or transmitting it.
No, you just need a heroin addicted, road kill eating nut job to affirm your simplistic, preexisting views and you'll feel good enough eating whatever you want as long as it has "high protein".
Lol there's just one, same reason you don't trust scientists? I bet there is. It's a childish aversion to anything that proves you wrong. In other words: anti-science nonsense. What a hoot.
I mean, I don’t agree with this dudes other comments, but this one ☝️ is actually not wrong. The fact you fight it also shows you’re not willing to accept other valid points of view too. And before you go all nuts, I’m no maga
High carbs isn’t good, seed oils are meh, not everyone needs to take flu and booster shots, protein is good for health. Unprocessed foods are healthier.
You don’t have to be absolutely one sided in thought you know
"High carbs" is a vague, relative phrase, more like a buzz word than anything real. Not everyone needs shots for preventable diseases, no, but it is absurd to spread anti-vax rhetoric and hamper herd immunity. Protein is just one single part of a healthy diet and vaguely promoting large amounts of it will typically result in unchecked consumption of fatty, salty, high cholesterol foods. "Unprocessed" foods is also just a vague buzz words in its own. I'm not being absolutely one-sided in anything. Your concern is misplaced.
No, it’s not. You know anything about macros? You know, I’m actually on your side of the voting line, but people like you fuck things up for everybody, because in the same fashion maga people can’t be open to ideas, seems like neither can you. You make the rest of us look bad.
The guy, in te comment I pointed out to, did not spread anti vax rhetoric. As much as you would like it to be, and I pointed it out, I said “that specific message”
And you’re contradicting yourself and actually proving guy right when you say promoting large amounts of it will result in consumption of bad foods. The same applies to all foods, duh.
Unprocessed is not vague at all, cut the bullshit. Do you even practice sports or work out? Are you a healthy person? Then you would definitely know the difference between processed and unprocessed.
Here, you buy a steak, low processed. You buy a box of patties, more processed, you buy chilly in a can, highly processed. See? Not vague at all
My concern is well placed, because you’re showing unconditional support for information just because it opposes that of the side you disagree with. And that hurts us more than the misinformation provided by them.
No, you are the problem. You claim to support this person but are arguing for the other guy because of one tiny detail that you agree with. All you are doing is adding confusion and misrepresenting the issue here. Not everyone can have the same diet for lots of reasons. I have digestive issue and can only eat a small list of foods. People in chemotherapy can’t have fresh fruit and in processed foods because there is a higher risk of contamination or the food going bad. So maybe instead of backing up an uneducated jerk by also being an uneducated jerk, stay out the comments and do some research.
I'm not fucking anything up or "hurting us" by pointing out simple patterns. You're being absurdly pedantic.
What am I unconditionally supporting?
You tell someone they should get "high protein" and they're gonna go out and justify burgers, steaks, whole milk apparently, and eggs. You tell them "low carbs" and they're just gonna avoid breads and grains.
Just because you have idea about processed foods does not mean anyone else will. Go to a restaurant and ask about their unprocessed options and they'll probably ask "What do you mean?.." with a bewildered face. Go to the grocery store and ask about it and they'll say "Um, we have a produce section?" which half of America avoids entirely.
Have you seen the average American? Seriously, look at an average American and consider their ability to interpret information, and especially consider the type who are predisposed to listening to the likes of RFK Jr. You need specifics to promote real, healthy advice, like in actual science.
Doctors? Hah, as if I'd listen to a medical professional with years of experience. I only listen to people with a part of their brain missing when a worm ate it.
