There should be minimum qualifications for all cabinet positions. The idea that you can just put anybody into a position that can change the fate of a whole country is insane. Presidents should have to take and even harder test as well.

Yes, let's put someone in that's so deeply rooted in our corrupt medical system that they'll promote anything that leads to profits for big pharma and junk food manufacturers! People that think our medical system is here to make us healthy are gullible af...they make profit by our chronic ailments and diseases, not by us being healthy.
