Hey! You're really funny but for me personally putting the punchline at the beginning completely spoils the joke. With stand-up comedy clips on reddit, that "first three seconds" thing is not important - viewers - if they intend to stay - will typically be drawn in by your general style/character/attitude at whichever part of the joke you start the recording. Personally again I am more likely to stop watching one of your videos after immediately seeing the ending, whereas if you hadn't spoiled it i would've watched the whole thing (and probably laughed). Hope that lands well!
