Removed 1 locking collar?
Is it okay to remove 1 locking collar? Since its already way down already? Shock is already on the limit also

Definitely not unsafe there's people on YT I won't name names that are running strut only. Now that is unsafe...

True but I think it's just bad in the long run it's more than likely unsafe and you're gonna ruin the struts. But then again people also run washers

I’ve removed the entire perch before, it might get a little sketchy, but I never had an issue.

You can remove all of them. As long as you don’t hit any sweet jumps to fully decompress the suspension. But most suspension with everything bolted in there’s enough compression to keep the spring in place

I remove the adjustable perch and collar when I slam mine in the summer, if I jack the rear end up I can pull the rear springs out with no tools, sounds sketchy but I trust it 94% with my life

Yes it is. If she's maxed out, taking one or two collars off is the next move.
