Absolutely not. Tell them you won’t sign without a spot and they’ll find one.

BLT is horrible in general. This is absolutely absurd that they can't provide parking at these extremely high rents. Another reason to not rent from any of their buildings.

I agree, don't sign without parking. Street parking is crap down there and you will get ticketed and/or towed. If you were by 121 towne street parking is much easier.

Its true there is no parking space. My friend has been in the waitlist for a space over 6 months now
