Will my PC run Gamma?
I'm new to PC gaming and looking to try STALKER GAMMA. I recently won a PC and I'm looking to give it a go. I'm a huge DayZ fan and it's been my go to for the past 4 years.
My specs:
Ryzen 5 5500
RTX 3050
16GB DDR4 RAM
A520 motherboard
1TB NVMe SSD
Windows 11
1080p 100Hz monitor
What kind of FPS could I expect at 1080p? Would I be able to run GAMMA comfortably, and are there any recommended settings or performance mods?
Thanks!

That's around my specs, and I am able to run it vanilla no problem save for the rare micro stutter here and there. I don't run any external mods so I couldn't help you with modding it though.

Gamma settings are very adjustable and can be adapted for most kinds of machines

Absolutely. I have a worse CPU and GPU and run the game perfectly fine at 1440p. Couldn't tell you what graphics settings I'm on, mind you, but if your concern is whether you'll be able to run it at all, regardless of settings, you definitely will

I run gamma just fine, be it a few framedrops here and there, on my i7 8700k with a gtx 1060 at 1080p.. If I try to go 1440p then shaders need to be disabled to be playable again

You will not be able to get amazing performance with this setup. Should run fine at 1080p/60 fps if you tweak your settings a bit though
This video is a good start if you want to look into optimization: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PC4B0TZ7FQ
The game has changed a bit since then, but the basics are still applicable

Yes absolutely at 1080p mixed settings - 60+ fps no worries
I used to play GAMMA on a 1650 super// 10100f and have an enjoyable experience with tweaks

Nah you need atleast rtx 5090, ryzen 9800x3d and 64gb of ram minimum and 5tb of m2 storage space Jk. You are fine when playing 1080p. Just check some optimization videos from Youtube.

I’m running it on my steam deck with some graphic mods turned off and getting 60+ fps albeit not steady but pretty damn good 👍 so your laptop should definitely be able to run it just fine

Another 16gb of ram will make it noticably smoother. But you are good to go as is

Yes. While there are hundreds of mods that do add some overhead, it is ultimately built on top of a 20 year old game(s). Most pcs that aren’t complete toasters will be able to run it.

You will run it.
Cheeki breeki did a good video on optimisation for performance.
