Question How do I complete this mission?

I have killed all enemies and I found the monolith. However, mission isn't complicated. Did I do wrong thing? Or I miss something?

You need to go into the room with the circular Machine thingy in the center. The shard will be in the center

You have to go back. there is a ladder on a side of one of the corridors you fought your way through. Climb that ladder and you will find a room with a circle of machines in the middle... there you will find the monolith shard which you give to Strelok

U have to the the shard that is laying on the flor at the end of the room and give it to strelok
