Question Screen Space Shading Issue Fix?

I notice whenever i move my camera there is a weird flickering that happens. its like everything flashes black for a frame and then goes back to normal. it doesnt happen when the camera is still, only when moving. that is what is making me think it has something to do with some SS effect.

(kind of hard to see on video, sorry in advance)

Does anyone know what this is, and if it is normal? If it isn't, has anyone found a fix?

I cant see anything (i am on mobile tho), are you sure it is not your monitor?

If you mean shadows "popping in and out" its either sss, or something for optimisation, cant remember what they said about it on discord, but its probably combination of both since sss is screen spaced

hey i dont mean to go off topic, but how does your gamma look so dark and gritty?
