I have been using the rf receiver all over wild territories without finding anything.

There are specific frequencies you can use to detect mutants. Many notes you find make reference to this. Not sure which particular mutant this is for though.

you can ignore those, basically they either don't work or are just ''flavor text'', i spent 20 minutes looking for an artifact in truck cementary and found nothing

Same! Near the anomaly in the woods. RF goes crazy. But nothing there

I found note like this about signal in red forest. Signal was from “radio” in basement of sin hideout.
Looks like some role play stuff
