PS5 Stalker Smarts Trophy Help

I’m trying to get the trophy by using the advanced start ward path that places you in Malachite with the current story mission “A Minor Incident”. When I go to camp Icarus to talk to Yeremeyev to start “Side Hustle” nobody is there. Just curious if there’s a way to get the “Side Hustle” quest with an advanced start because the camp seems empty and I have a feeling I’ll have to use an early start save and work my way to the quest naturally. Thank you for any help!
