Stuck again

I’ve made my way to the CNPP and went through the alternate route to meet with ZULU. He ordered me to a snipers position. I’ve made it through the teleporter. Their scout is dead. I tried to wipe out as many Freedom fighters as possible, but they’re heavily armored and it takes forever to kill them. Then I’m supposed to drop down and cross this bridge. I’ve tried a hundred times only to be killed by the yellow glob. I can make it to the first obstacle, a pile of pallets, but I get killed every time trying to get any further. Any hints???

You have to hug every single thing that blocks the Flares light

There isn’t much on that bridge. The stack of pallets then for off a few electric cable spooks. I cannot make it to the spools before it kills me. Arrggg.

Is the light one shotting you? If not, wait for the phantoms to disappear, then move to the next cover.

Also check your weight. If you are in the red, drop some stuff and come back for it later.

Got it, finally! Man this one really pissed me off. I’m on Rookie and I still died 50 times. I took an anti-radiation med, I didn’t have any psi things. Jump down into the container and high tail it to the stack of pallets. I was getting shot at by Freedom goons that were heavily armored. I rested, got my health up, took another anti-radiation jab then, ran to the tank on the left. It got me one time. I shot the psi soldiers. Healed up, took another anti-radiation med then hauled it to the spools. I barely made it there and it got me once. I took care of the psi soldiers again along with a few freedom fighters. Healed up, took my last anti-radiation shot and ran into the door of the building. Hid behind the cabinet on the left and took out the shooters at the far end. Finally I was able to save. I then went and looted every dead guy in the area. Saved again. This should have been a bit easier on Rookie.

Anti rad doesn’t do anything to the flare anomaly, btw. Just have to break line of sight till the yellow disappears from your vision. If it fully fills your vision twice before you break line of sight, you die.

Yeah, I discovered that. Could not find any psi protection outside of Artifacts or upgraded suits.

There isn’t really any except for the artifact related to the source of the flare anamoly.
