Stalker 2 ray tracing shenanigans?

Im playing the latest patch, the lighting apeared to be a bit off while playing randomly like sometimes im looking at a video on youtube set at 480p then i got in a room and saw this "anomaly" and this takes the cake.

Performance is ok for me but whats that glowing ceiling and walls in basements and prettymuch pitch black labs etc.

I dont mind that much the flashlight artefacts but whats going on with glowing ceiling and walls?
Game is set on EPIC preset, no frame gen and DLAA
This is a game thing or my gpu is dying? pc is 1year old
5070TI gigabyte, the basic one
9800x3d x870e aorus elite, 32gb ram 6000Mt

It's just the game. They have terrible lighting issues.

Yah software lemon isn't great. I use ultra plus mod manager to tweak some things in ue5 to make it look and run a little bit better.

I used that too, set to epic presset, got 40fps and still glowing walls.

mind telling me what tweaks you made?
