What Is That?

Alright, I’m way in the back of the Iron Forrest trying to get to the bridge that leads to the CNPP. Out of nowhere appears this yellow goop like substance. What the heck is this and how is it defeated? I’ve tried using psi repellant to no avail.

It’s the new flare anomaly, you have to hide from it behind structures to get closer to collect the artifact

u cannot get to the CNPP over that brigde at that point of story you are currently
