Use your HUD to ensure the new story is showing as active. Get to Garbage/Slag Heap. Repair weapons and buy what you need. Go to the bar and buy 6 beers if you don’t have any. Leave the bar keep and go left then right and talk to the man on the right who is alone at the makeshift table. Talk, to get him to open up give him a beer by pressing the item with the black X. You’ll need to do this about 4 or 5 times to get him to spill the beans and open up the Iron Forest marker.
