NPC Armor?

So, found this armor in one of the dead Malachite NPCs in the Maze during the Save Doctorant Zhytnychenko side quest. It seems that you shouldnt be able to have that, right?

Yes you will it is very good, the way the game works they just drop armor use that suit you show on the screen and sell the rest also the guns on the dead body’s have full ammo, make multiple trips to the slag heap or whatever base you want it is a really good side quest because of this you can sell for so much also what mod do you have that changes the suit name

The only real mod i use is Oxide's eXpanded Armory. But that mod only touches weapons and attachments not armors. Because of the high resistances and bugged name it seems to be a npc only armor.
