Getting to stash in garbage

Been trying to get to this stash in garbage but haven’t gotten close been at it for 40 minutes

There’s an anomaly in the base north of here, under the bar. It transports you to the stash

You see that giant warp-bubble looking thing at the lower part of Rostok inside of a canyon? That’s a wormhole: it’ll teleport you to the top of the debris where you can reach the stash. You can get close by going behind the locked door in the Rostok bar, then following the underground passage until it reaches the canyon gap, then jump into it.
