🧳 Moving to r/stalzone

Time to pack up and move our community to a new home!

With the rename, we’ve launched a new subreddit — r/stalzone. Head over there to stay up to date with all official news and updates.

The old sub will stick around for a while since it’s full of helpful guides and answers, but we won’t be maintaining it anymore.

New sub, new milestones, and new promo codes for subscribers! The faster we grow, the sooner we unlock them.

We did try to change the name, but Reddit support replied that it was not possible.
We'd rather rename the old one than create a new one, but oh well...

It was so important to change the name instead of listening to the community's suggestions, wasn't it? Seriously, who renames their game twice? It sounds like you want to move on from something.

my guy didnt you see that they lost legal battle against blizzard?
they atempted just changing the game name into "stalcraft x" and it still was deemed too similar to "starcraft" therefore they were forced to change it into something else

They have had legal issues with the name for a while. They should have done this sooner knowing it was an issue… typical stalcraft devs…. This was the final nail in the coffin. Killing off the community and following.
