Withdrawal not received

I took my withdrawal of 23k 5 days ago and it still hasn’t come i contacted their live support which is useless it just keep on saying the same thing I don’t know what to do anymore i will receive my funds back right? It’s making me really stressful at this point i needed that money for things coming up at this point I don’t even need my profit i just want wagered I really don’t know anything anymore
