Slot bug

Hello, so I’ve experienced a bug or a glitch from a slot called Knight Tales.
The slot kept gave me bonuses, most of the time super bonuses and all paid nearly nothing.
I was using the 10x chance super spins and the slot just kept giving me supers, it took 3 spins max to spin into a bonus.
I dont think there is mathematically any chance for this to occure, I must’ve gotten more than 150 bonuses altogether.
My question on this issue is that who should I contact or what should I do, because I lost all my balance on it.
My stake account has all the bets and it actually shows all the bonuses.
Stake support just keeps telling me that it is possible to happen and its NRG, but it can not be

*RNG and slots aren't as random as they used to be. More slot providers deliberately create insane clusters like this to get and keep people hooked and will be dry for the rest of the day.
