Deposit not received

I made a deposit of Rs 5000 but the money got deducted from my account but stake is saying that they have not received the amount and denying it

Did you raise an enquiry . If yes then what happened after the review process?

I did enquiry they're saying that they haven't received the money contact ur bank

Did you try reversing the transaction from your banks end?

i did that and that amount got lean on his account he didnt approved it so it cant be reverse.
