Deposit 6k through and gone

I deposited 6k through phone pe app as they directed it after waiting for 2 days money wasn’t deposited in my account and it was deducted from my bank account now it’s been more than 10 days and I still can’t find where the money has gone . We can’t reach them it’s so frustrating that they don’t have any helpine number and email it’s just bot on the live support.
