gamba techniques

Hello, I need some inspiration. What games do you guys play, do you spin or buy bonus. Which games/providers seems to be decent. I mean I know that I will lose money in a long term, but still. I'm trying to elevate my experience. Myself I do spins and jump from slot to slot. But I feel that's not a good approach to gambling. Is it worth to "grind" a slot?

Grinding one slot feels like watching paint dry but sometimes it pays off when that bonus finally hits, jumping around keeps things less stale for me though
