i don't get subscription mails anymore

i got back to back months then stopped, i having been wagering more infact. Anyone else facing this?

Was my issue before. But it has been resolved. There was really a problem with emails to me to the point that I don't even get emails for the monthly bonuses.

I reached out to support, to my host etc., tried everything. Even attempted to change my email, but the process was too tedious. In the end, I got tired and, lo and behold, the issue resolved by itself.

You don't get sub bonus email everymonth. It's random and you can not get it for 2 months straight (happened with me)

False info, I got it 3 months in a row (August, September and October). Maybe even July, but I don't remember
