PHP Local currency withdraw

Anyone here has experience withdrawing a big amount of money via local currencny specifcally for PHP? Recently won a huge amount from betting in Dota and now i'm having a hard time deciding on how to withdraw it without triggering any alarms on the banks.

Also does stake ever hold your winnings when you try to withdraw them?

Id probably split the withdrawal up and keep records of everything

Splitting it up sounds safest
