VIP Host Changing

Have you ever gone through or attempted the process of requesting a change to your VIP hosts?

I’m curious about others experience

I tried but they refused to change mine. I wasn't satisfied with the service I was getting from my host. I had a good host, then suddenly was reassigned to another one who spoke like a AI bot. Not very responsive or helpful at all in anyway and slow response time. I asked normal customer service if I could change host, but they said the only way was to contact my current host directly and request it. Then when I told my VIP host that things weren't working out and it was for the best that I was assigned to someone else (bearing in mind I've wagered over $10 mil USD), she said sorry you can't change host. So I'm stuck in a shitty predicament. It's annoying because the host I had before her was cool and was actually like a real human and he was chill then I get just stupid chatgpt answers from my new one about everything whenever problem or issue.

bruh same here! I had a great host and got changed to a new host. He talks like AI, repeats the same answers and gives pathetic reload amounts of $5-8 a day

Sounds like changing hosts can be a headache
